While occupying the town, rebel forces kidnapped some individuals and robbed some local residences.
CDF forces located and eliminated both operatives, seizing some documents carried by Tikhonova.
Casualties were light with command squad losing one, and 2nd and 3rd squads losing three each. Friendly force retreated from town in good order.

Summary of Operations, May 21st, 2020
From: Chernarus Coastal Operations Group
Subject: Weekly Summary of Combat Operations, from May 15th to May 21st, Inclusive.
Message begins:
The tempo of combat operations continued at a moderate pace. Chernarus Defense Forces, Air Forces and Naval Forces have engaged in six separate operations against rebel forces in four regions.
1) A naval infantry task force from 1st Bn Chernarus 2nd Separate Naval Infantry Brigade attacked the locality of north Ravijoki Friday night. Brigade intelligence staff said that two rebel operatives, Yevgeniy Samarchenko and Jelena Stajsic led a large rebel infantry/techincals group into town in an effort to recruit local labor and shooters.
Losses for the operation were heavy. 2nd Squad was wiped out by friendly artillery fire which was aimed at a machine gun technical in the south of town. 3rd squad lost none while command squad lost three including the commander.
The task of assassinating Samarchenko and Stajsic was successful. Important intelligence documents were seized. The task force was ordered to retreat in the face of massive enemy reinforcements when the commander was killed.
2) Command of Chernarus 10th Separate Tank Brigade received a warning order Saturday afternoon that rebel forces would strike at Klein Pritzier. The task force quickly moved to Klein Pritzier to set up a defense. Reports from the field were that one enemy BRDM and one technical were destroyed along with an undetermined number of infantry.
Losses to this point were light with command squad and 2nd squad each losing one. Once the retreat orders came down, the real losses began to mount. One of the reinforcing BTR squads lost four, plus their BTR, while the other lost four. Brigade recon section did not expect such a deep penetration of enemy forces, so the brigade commander is requesting an attack on a rebel locale in the west.
3) A second task force from 4th Bn Chernarus 10th Separate Tank Brigade launched an attack on Teyendorf, based on recon reports from brigade recon staff, which had been taken over by a rebel force headed by Matija Depreradovich and Svetlana Zhukova. The rebels had taken over the town in search of monetary tribute from residents and to recruit slave labor.
The attack was planned to force the bridgehead south of town with covering fire from two tanks, and then moving another tank across the river once command squad could hold a crossroads in town. Command squad led the assault across the bridge, but the assault failed when the commander was killed by a burst from an M2 technical.
Brigade command expects another attack will be launched as early as first light Sunday.
4) Another warning order to 4th Bn was issued by 10th Separate Tank Brigade command Sunday morning that a rebel armor force was heading to Molbath in Rosche to try to take it by storm. The task force assembled arrived ahead of time to set up a mobile defense against the enemy force.
The mission was successful, and losses were moderate: command squad lost one, 2nd squad lost five while 3rd squad lost three. 2nd squad's BTR was destroyed. One tank was repaired in the field but the commander ordered it abandoned after it was found to be out of fuel. Refueling operations would have been far too dangerous. One of the BRDM scout cars was abandoned after it became stuck.
Two friendly SU-25 ground interdiction aircraft were shot down. Both pilots were lost. The task force riflemen acquitted themselves well by destroying by RPG fire two of the three T-55 tanks. Brigade recon said that they expected rebel forces to try for another coup, as soon as Sunday.
5) A task group with 4th Bn, Chernarus 10th Separate Tank Brigade was ordered to attack the town of Rassau after brigade command received reports rebel forces had taken over the town.
Command squad took the brunt of the losses after it attacked a concentration of rifle forces protecting the rebel command group. The attack failed when the task force commander was killed by a sniper.
6) Commander 2nd Bn, Chernarus 33rd Separate Mountain Motorized Rifle Brigade received a warning order Tuesday night about a rebel movement into the town of Hirschof in Cham.
The task force assembled arrived ahead of the rebel force, but after two tanks were lost, and relief forces were caught by enemy spearheads two kilometers south of town, the task force commander ordered a retreat.
The enemy spearheads had engaged and damaged two relief BTR rifle squads, effectively cutting off the task force. The command squad managed to make it through the cordon despite being fired on by a BMP and a T-34 tank. Ad hoc commander of the forces still in town, Sr. Lt Masin managed to organze a breakout using the sole remaining tank. Losses were heavy. Two tanks were destroyed in town, 2nd squad lost five and 3rd squad lost eight. One relief squad lost six, while the other lost seven.

Message begins:
The tempo of combat operations continued at a moderate pace.
Chernarus Defense Forces, Air Forces and Naval Forces have engaged in six separate operations against rebel forces in four regions.
1) A task force formed from 3rd Bn, Chernarus 13th Separate Motorized Rifle Brigade, attacked the locality of Bozkoy in Gunkizli Friday evening after brigade recon staff learned that a rebel group, led by criminal commander Georgi Horvat, had taken over the town.
Horvat and a substantial military force were sent to Bozkoy to establish rebel dominance, to enable their various criminal enterprises, including smuggling, drug manufacturing and human trafficking
Horvat and his unidentified female assistant were killed by Chernarus army troops.
The cost of the operation was very heavy: 3rd squad was wiped out presumably by an RPG shot, including its BTR. 2nd squad lost four. The commander was killed in the operation.
Documents seized from the person of the female assistant, said that rebel forces will continue to infiltrate south and make continual attempts to establish their dominance in villages
Other action in the operation included two separate fire fights between CDF armor and rebel foot patrols. Both engagements were not decided. A separate patrol, which took place Thursday also engaged an enemy patrol, but failed to find the bandits. That patrol returned to base without further incident.
2) Chernarus Naval Forces launched an air strike out of the naval aviation base at Balota against rebel occupying forces in Krasnostav in Chernarus Friday morning.
Chernarus Coastal Operation Group recon staff received word overnight that rebel forces were moving into Krasnostav. Recon staff said the rebel move was in response to an ongoing dispute between the town mayor and rebel commanders over food, material, and labor requisitions.
A subsequent bomb damage assessment team in this form of a Chernarus naval infantry rifle squad (3rd Bn (Airmobile)) Chernarus 2nd Naval Infantry Brigade) was dispatched by MI-17 transport, to mop up remaining rebel forces.
Both pilots in the airstrikes and all elements of the bomb assessment team returned to base safely.
Bomb damage assessment reports from Chernarus Coastal Operations Group are usually classified, but it is said the damage to rebel forces was heavy.
3) A private contractor special forces team was inserted near Kozlovo in Beketov Saturday morning to locate and destroy a rebel helicopter.
The mission was a success, but losses were high. While evacuating via gunship, the commander died from his wounds. The team also lost its medic.
The loss of the helicopter and the acquisition of new intelligence has severely damaged rebels' efforts in the region.
3) Also on Saturday, an element of 4th Bn, Chernarus 10th Separate Tank Brigade launched an attack on Schlieckau in Rosche after brigade recon staff determined a large rebel force has taken over the town the night before.
The task force failed in its attempt to eject rebel forces from town, and was forced to withdraw back to base.
The task force commander was killed in the attack.
4) On Sunday, 4th battalion command of Chernarus 10th Separate Tank Brigade sent out a task group on reports the rebels would attempt to take Teyendorf in Rosche from the march.
The operation encountered problems from the start, especially with the lack of engineering reports on river crossings on Wipperau River. The task force was forced to squeeze its forces through the choke point of a bridge to the south of Teyendorf to get into town to set up a mobile defense.
The first encounter was west of Teyendorf with a group of technicals, which attacked friendly forces as they made their way east into town. 2nd squad lost five in an encounter with a heavy machine gun technical. A scout BRDM lost its commander and was forced back.
Rebels threw their tracked vehicles into the fight in town losing all of them especially their T-55 tanks and BMP IVFs.
As night fell, the task force was retreated back across the river to safety.
Brigade command sent out a warning order of an impending rebel attack in Rosche in the west.
5) On Tuesday a task force from 4th Bn Chernarus 10th Separate Tank Brigade was ordered to Hanstedt in Roshe on news rebel forces, led by Georgi Horvat and Floriana Vuthaj, had entered town and had taken over.
Losses were heavy for CDF forces with 2nd squad losing six, 3rd squad losing 10 and command squad losing four. A tank was rendered ineffective when its commander was killed.
The rebel leadership was wiped out and the town was cleared of rebel forces. Three supply trucks were destroyed as well as a number of rebel armor vehicles.
Intelligence documents taken from the person of Floriana Vuthaj indicated rebel forces would attempt another attack in the west, but failed to mention where.
The remainder of CDF forces retreated back to base in good order.
Addendum: The task force commander initially ordered concentric attacks on Hanstedt, with 2nd and 3rd squads attacking west from the march along with all three tanks, and command squad attacking from the southeast. This maneuvver effectly cut off the main north south road leading into town, and placed the task force strike element as an armor block against enemy reinforcements
The initial encounter for the command squad was a rebel foot patrol south of town. Command squad continued to penetrate into town, eliminating most of the patrol, but experiencing some losses in infantry.
6) On Wednesday, a task group formed from 2nd Bn, Chernarus 17th Separate Light Rifle Brgade launched an attack on Sevastianovo in Beketov after brigade recon staff learned the town has been taken over by a rebel infantry/light vehicle force.
Losses in the operation were light with 3rd squad loosing three, and command squad losing one. A CDF MI-24 attack helicopter was shot down near Sevastianovo, with one crew surviving.
